Overview
The ISO 9001:2015 requirements provide a strong basis for a management system for business that supports the strategic direction of the organization. Once the organization has identified its context and interested parties and then identified the processes that support this linkage to achieve business objectives.
With greater involvement in the management system by the leadership team, the new standard ensures top management is held to account for the system’s effectiveness and that the whole organization will be motivated towards its goals and objectives. ISO 9001:2015 is more of a roadmap to effectively manage the entire business and requires the integration of the QMS requirements into the organization’s business processes.
