- Compensation Academy guides learners through the concepts and skills required to perform Compensation Module Configurations for customers. During the course, learners will configure their own instance to a fictional customer’s specifications.

Content
- Use compensation terminology to communicate configuration requirements
- Identify key components of a customer needs assessment during project kickoff
- Create, download, archive, and update compensation plan templates and data with XML and Admin UI tools
- Configure salary sheet and bonus sheet components within a compensation template
- Configure stock sheet components within a compensation template
- Relate Admin UI configuration with XML configuration
- Access Compensation Module Resources through SF Cloud Partner Services or Partner Portal
- Build and present a compensation solution based on specific customer requirements
- This course has two graded assignments: 1. Assignment One is a recorded demonstration of the required coursework configurations. 2. The Final Activity (10-15 hours) is completed when the learner uploads a video on the Jam course site showing mastery of design, configuration, and presentation of a compensation solution, including:
- Salary sheet
- Bonus sheet
- Stock Sheet
- Youcalc dashboards
- Compensation Statement
- Executive Review and Reporting functionality within the compensation form
