CXD-251: Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop Service on Microsoft Azure
In order to receive prep labs and teach CXD-252 or CXD-251, CCIs will be required to demonstrate exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Azure by passing the 70-533: Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions exam
AND be a certified instructor for Virtualization.
Once the exam is completed please contact Education Support to provide your exam score report and to request your prep lab.

The 1Y0-253 exam, which certifies you for the CCA-N and is aligned with CNS-222, is being retired as of September 18 due to the release of the 1Y0-230 exam (that now maps to CNS-222) and the 1Y0-240 exam (that now maps to CNS-220). There will be a window, between now and September 18, in which someone can sit any of these three exams and receive a CCA-N.
The same goes for the CCP-N, where between Oct. 23 and Jan 19, someone can sit either the 1Y0-351 exam or the 1Y0-340 exam (releases on October 23).

When will the 1Y0-202 exam be updated to include the 7.15 LTSR content?
1Y0-202 will remain in the market for folks who want to certify on 7.6 LTSR. A discontinuation date has not been set.
We will release a new CCA-V exam based on 7.15 LTSR (release date not yet determined).
What should students do that have attended the CXD-210 in June (with 7.12 content) or CMB-300 (with 7.6 content) who are planning to take the 1Y0-202 exam later this year?
The students should still take the 1Y0-202 exam, as the foundation is 7.6 LTSR.
Wouldn’t it be more appropriate to rename the new 7.15 LTSR exam to 1Y0-211 and discontinue the 1Y0-202 7.6 version?
There will be a new exam focused on 7.15 LTSR with a new exam code. The 1Y0-202 will continue to be offered for certification on 7.6 LTSR.
When will the 1Y0-351 exam be discontinued?
The 1Y0-351 will be discontinued after the new CCP-N exam releases (target release in September).

The recently launched Recertification Program is expanding to include all expired certifications, meaning all partners and customers with expired certifications may get recertified by attending the appropriate Instructor-led training course, and will not be required to take and pass the exam. All partners and customers with expired certifications must sit the associated Instructor-led training course by December 31, 2017 to get recertified.
For a complete list of the certifications an individual may recertify with by attending the associated certification.
As a reminder, please note that there is currently a delay in the automation process and it may take up to 4-6 weeks for the individual’s certification to link to their account. The team is currently working to address the issue and we will make you aware once the issue is resolved.
