Content
- Configure modules using Admin Tools, and XML
- Add custom sections and fields to GM and PM templates
- Permission templates at each step of the cycle
- Set up job families and job roles, and map competencies to job roles
- Populate goals from the GM form to the PM form
- Set up weights and summaries for reporting purposes
- Explain the purpose of, turn on, and configure:

- Stack Ranker
- Calibration
- 360 MultiRater
- Final Course Assessment
