Overview
Learn to scale Scrum across the enterprise with the Registered Scrum@Scale Practitioner™ training. Understand how to use the Scrum@Scale® framework to increase coordination and efficiency across the enterprise. Assist Scrum Masters, Product Owners and other team members to integrate Scrum concepts and practices across all the divisions of the organization.
In this two-day program, you’ll learn how to transform your organization into an Agile enterprise. You will understand the responsibilities of Scrum team members, leadership, product owners when it comes to scaling, and be able to use Scrum best practices to deliver twice the value in half the time. The Scrum@Scale framework is created by Dr. Jeff Sutherland, the co-creator of Scrum.
Registered Scrum@Scale Practitioner is a designation provided by Scrum Inc. to individuals who take the 2–day training and validate their knowledge by passing the exam.
