Overview / Understanding of Learning Objectives
This course is designed specifically for SanDisk US Leaders. From the brief exchange of information between Trainer and the Training provider, the following information was obtained:
“……We have selected a group of 20 talents who have potential to grow into managements or technical expert roles in the future (3-5 years).
Today we don’t have an official project management methodology at WDC and these employees have never been trained to project management before.
We want to give them a frame, some good first reflexes to help them deliver on their own projects but also be flexible enough in order to be able to work with different people using different methodologies.
So, see it as a 1-day overview of principles and technics of project management……..”
