Students will learn to install and configure a highly available Provisioning Services farm according to leading practices. In this course, students will also learn about the architecture, communication, and processes that make up Provisioning Services to be successful with deploying and managing a farm. At the end of this course students will be able to install, configure and manage the Provisioning Services solution.

Citrix Education is currently building the opportunity for CALC Partners to begin selling our eLearning subscription. Once this opportunity is available you will be able to sell the following options:
The eLearning Starter Pack, containing content plus 3 tokens. The Citrix SRP for
Professional Labs Only offer, containing 60 tokens. The Citrix SRP for this offering
Benefits of selling the eLearning subscription include:
Position a supplementary, value-add offering to your Instructor-led training with dozens of Networking and Virtualization modules comprised of Introductory and
Intermediate content. Consider bundling these subscriptions with your ILT class for a value-add.
Arm your students with demos with experts, for after-class reference.
Position a lab upsell to those Citrix customers already on Select, or who want extra lab time post-class.

Citrix Education is in the process of setting up product SKUs for these offers. We will communicate the SKUs as soon as they are available. The order process for the eLearning subscription will be as follows:
First, place an order for the appropriate SKU via the Citrix Order Submission System quantity, and price (All EMEA Orders require the PO to be addressed to the Citrix
Systems UK address) and upload the PO into the Citrix Order Submission System
(COSS). Please see the document located here for additional details on how to submit an order via COSS.
A link to enroll the quantity of SKUs purchased into the eLearning subscription will be distributed within one business day to the sold-to email address (CALC
Partner’s email address). The CALC Partner should follow instructions and enroll each subscription user via the provided link.
Once enrolled, eLearning access will begin for the full year subscription.
Please note that the tokens will be deducted as consumed. These tokens will expire one year after enrollment if not consumed.

The NEW Citrix Recertification Program
Citrix Education has launched a new recertification program to provide Partners and customers with additional options to maintain their certification.
Citrix technical certifications provide great benefits to our Partners and customers by increasing industry recognition and competitive differentiation. Partners and customers who are Citrix certified are better enabled to demonstrate great skill in efficiently delivering effective and competitive Citrix solutions.
The previous recertification process required existing certificants to take and pass the appropriate exam associated with their certification. However, the new recertification program now offers Partners and customers with an additional option to maintain their certification.
The new recertification offer provides Partners and customers with two options to recertify:
- 1. Attend the associated Instructor-led training. By taking the associated course,
they will not be required to take or pass the exam.
OR
- 2. Take and pass the required exam.
Our recertification program applies to all of our current certifications. For a complete
All Citrix Partners and customers with existing and active certifications, as well as those with recently expired certifications, since October 1, 2016, are eligible for this program. Citrix plans to communicate the details of this program to customers and
Partners who hold expired or about to expire certifications via email. Prior to this communication, we will provide a list of the audience to our CALC Partners to give you the opportunity to contact these individuals directly. If you have any additional questions, please contact your CALC account manager.

New Citrix Education Course Descriptions Rolling Out
Now!
We are excited to announce that we are currently transitioning our course descriptions to a new layout, design, and format. These new documents combine the course description and sales card into one marketing piece, which is the go-to reference point for each course. You will notice the new design and layout clearly and concisely focuses on the target audience, core components of the course, and learning path that will help sales teams better place students into the right courses. You will see some courses on TCC that already have these new descriptions uploaded as we gradually transition all of our course descriptions into this new format over the next month. Additionally, we will offer editable versions of these descriptions so that CALCs can add logos and urls that point to CALC websites for booking purposes. We look forward to rolling these out and incorporating these into the sales process.

Here is how to get SD-WAN Certified:
- 1. Prepare by taking the recommended NetScaler SD-WAN eLearning training available
- 1. Select “In the Cloud”. Navigate to the SD-WAN Learning Path.
- 2. At the end of each module, complete the assessment within the eLearning. You
must receive a score of at least 80% correct per module to pass the assessment to achieve a Citrix NetScaler SD-WAN Certification.
- 3. Upon receiving a passing score for all modules, you will receive a digital badge and
certified status in My Certification Manager indicating that you are Citrix NetScaler
SD-WAN Certified.
