Program management is the discipline for managing resources and dependencies across multiple projects and implementing strategic changes within the organization. As a project leader or program manager, you know how important it is to keep developing. The field of work is in full swing. As a control model for programs, MSP® connects seamlessly with PRINCE2®.
Course and Learning Objectives
The main goal is to (better) apply the methodology in practice. With this training you can prepare excellently for the MSP® Practitioner Exam.
During the training we go through the method thoroughly, we practice applying the method to scenarios and practical situations and we practice with the style of questions (Objective Test) of the MSP® Practitioner exam. The training focuses on the application of the MSP® knowledge. Contribution of own examples and experiences is necessary to increase the understanding of the applicability of the method. The MSP® Practitioner training introduces participants to the methodology intensively and prepares them for the MSP® Practitioner Exam.
Course Approach
The course comprises a mixture of input sessions, group exercises and examination based practical work. All delegates are encouraged to actively participate during the practical sessions to gain the full benefit during the training.
