Overview
This workshop aims to understand the role of Scrum Masters in Scrum Framework. The workshop will help in defining the role of the Scrum Master and how to promote it within the organization. A good and empowered Scrum Master can bring positive change, but change becomes difficult when the change agent is not pragmatic.
