ISO 22301 business continuity management requirements outline ways to prepare your business for the most challenging circumstances – minimizing downtime and maximizing recovery time. It allows you to put in place a business continuity framework to protect critical business functions from the threats most likely to impact your organization, including damage to your premises or IT system failure. The course will prepare delegates for the ISO 22301 Lead Implementer Certificate and provide delegates with useful tools and a reference framework for implementation.
An examination is held on the final day and successful delegates will be awarded the BSI Lead Implementer certificate.

Course Outcomes
This five-day course will consolidate your knowledge of ISO 22301 and help you understand how to build a business continuity management system. You will become familiar with the scope of the standard and identify business continuity roles, policies, objectives and processes specific to your organization. Discover how to design and plan your ISO 22301 management system, learning about each stage in detail from start to assessment if that is your aim.
You will be provided with lead Implementer training, tools and techniques on how to lead a team for the implementation of an effective BCMS Lead Implementer qualification.
