Overview

This Generative AI Fundamentals & Intelligent Dashboard Workshop provides participants with a practical introduction to Generative AI and its application in real-world business environments. The course begins with essential AI foundations, including the evolution of AI, Generative AI concepts, effective prompting techniques, and key considerations in AI governance, compliance, privacy, security, and responsible use.

Participants will then progress into hands-on application by building an AI-enabled intelligence dashboard that combines multiple data sources, documents, multimedia, and external APIs. The workshop also introduces Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and demonstrates how AI chatbots can retrieve relevant information from documents and generate grounded responses supported by source evidence. By the end of the course, participants will understand both the fundamental concepts of Generative AI and how these technologies can be integrated into practical business solutions.
