You (the student) will then receive an email invitation to the course. This invitation will define the date and time [Monday of the first week] for the first virtual meeting for the course, with the trainer. The duration of this meeting is planned for one hour, and will be done via our Virtual Learning Platform: Adobe Connect. The invitation will also include the dates and time for other virtual meetings.
During this first meeting, the trainer will meet each of you (the student) and ask about experience, prerequisites and personal objectives.
The course objectives, content, pace, media used, training methodology, as well as the content of the other meeting points, will be presented in detail by the trainer.
From that moment, the knowledge acquisition phase starts for you (the student). You will have to go through eight modules in e-leaning on 5 days. The time to allocate to these theoretical modules is estimated at around 6 hours e-learning. Each module comprises a knowledge check at the end. In addition to the online module, an eBook is provided to give technical details on every topic.
A community / Forum on Knwoledge Hub ( called " DT00VTE115 - OmniSwitch LAN Virtual Access Switching - Forum") has been created for you (the student) on Knwoledge Hub to ask question to the trainer or provide feedback on the content.
You (the student) will then receive a second email invitation [Friday of the second week] for the Virtual LAB part, the practical hands-on: know how acquisition phase of the course (Rlab pods connection credentials).
This practice section is organized on the base of five consecutive days where you (the student) will have a V Class section of 2 hours maximum three times within the week (on monday, wednesday, friday), plus a section where you will have access to your dedicated Remote Lab pod, to do the practical hands-on.
The V Class section will comprise a presentation of the "labs of the day", some eventual theory reminders, a Q&A session and also a synthesis of the previous day.
The same forum will be used for you (the student) to ask questions to the trainer or provide feedback on the content.
The last V Class section is scheduled for making a synthesis of the Day 4 labs, also provides a conclusion of the course and for you (the student) to fill the end of course evaluation form.
