DMAIC based on 6 Sigma Tools and Techniques

Course outline

2 days

Duration

2 days

Course Description

A Workshop that focus on the Application of tools and techniques to achieve the desirable results through DMAIC approach. . It covers the entire tools overview and method and approach to apply these tools in proper and correct manner. Under each step of DMAIC, the relevant tools will be discussed in approach of application but not the full details. Full details should be covered in their respective basic training. The workshop will help the participants to complete their projects in an appropriate approach and deliver the desirable results.
