Overview

After the establishment of FMEA and APQP, it is necessary to put relevant and critical actions into the Control Plan. The Control Plan will serve as a guide to process control where we can carry out check and balance activities by doing audit with reference to the Control Plan.

In this workshop, we will guide the participants to prepare a proper Control Plan based on Automotive Industry Requirements in a step by step approach.

Course Methodology

This session will be conducted in the form of lecture about 40% with the rest of 60% in real life exercises and workshops to draft out the control plan of the participants working examples
