Course Description
IBM Tivoli Service Automation Manager enables the deployment of highly virtualized environments, critical for enabling cloud computing, based on Tivoli process automation engine, Tivoli Provisioning Manager, and Tivoli
Service Request Manager. Tivoli Service Automation Manager deploys and manages IT environments across System x®, System p®, and Linux® on System z® platforms as managed from and managed to environments, including the deployment of IBM Tivoli Monitoring agents. This 4 day instructor-led workshop guides you through Tivoli Service
Automation Manager. You perform hands-on exercises to configure Tivoli Provisioning Manager for Tivoli Service
Automation Manager, run Tivoli Provisioning Manager discoveries, and enable Tivoli Service Automation Manager reports. You use the Tivoli Service Automation Manager self-service interface to provision, deprovision, and modify
VMware projects, with monitoring, in a VMware ESX environment.
