OVERVIEW
In today’s fast-paced business environment, organizations must continuously refine their processes to remain competitive. This 2-day training on Business Process Improvement (BPI) equips participants with the tools and techniques to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and enhance overall productivity.
Participants will gain a clear understanding of BPI, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), and Business Process Management (BPM) to distinguish between incremental improvements and radical transformations. Through hands-on activities and real-world case studies, they will learn how to analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions.
By the end of this training, participants will be able to apply structured improvement methodologies to optimize business operations, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency in their organizations.
LEARNING OUTCOME
By the end of this program, participants will be able to:
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Apply process mapping and root cause analysis techniques to diagnose workflow challenges.
- Differentiate between Business Process Improvement (BPI), Business Process Reengineering (BPR), and Business Process Management (BPM) to determine the right approach.
- Develop process improvement strategies using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Implement change management techniques to overcome resistance and ensure successful adoption.
- Evaluate process performance using key metrics and continuous improvement principles.
