Course Overview
AWS API Gateway is a managed service to create, publish, maintain, monitor, and secure REST and WebSocket APIs at any scale. This service helps to create an API Gateway for applications to access data, business curiosities, or functionality from back-end services, like applications running on AWS EC2, AWS ECS or AWS Elastic Beanstalk, Coding execution on AWS Lambda or other web application. AWS API Gateway manages tasks involved in accepting and processing a large number of API calls, including traffic management, authorisation and access control, monitoring, as well as API version management.
This 1-day course will provide comprehensive knowledge about AWS API Gateway and its concepts. Delegates will learn about APIs such as REST APIs and WebSocket APIs and its architecture. Delegates will also get an understanding of how to create and deploy APIs. Post completion of this course, delegates will be able to create APIs for applications and publish the created APIs as well as create and deploy REST API and WebSocket API.
