1. Overview
This program is built for a mixed audience of business-savvy and technically savvy department leaders who have already completed AI overview and fundamentals training. The course emphasizes applied learning over theory and is structured around working artifacts that the AI Task Force can reuse after the training. Participants will learn how to govern Microsoft Copilot usage, identify and prioritize use cases, manage approvals, mitigate risks, and support adoption at scale across business functions.
