1. Overview
This three-day programme focuses on practical enablement using the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Microsoft
Copilot, Copilot Studio, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Excel, Microsoft pre-built agents, SharePoint, and
OneDrive. Participants will learn how to apply Copilot to daily productivity tasks, identify practical AI use cases, build functional agents using Copilot Studio, and design internal AI workflows that can support future cross-functional AI and Copilot adoption.
The training will be conducted using a Microsoft lab environment. Dummy documents, sample materials, and synthetic datasets will be used for learning activities. Real internal company documents will not be used during the training.
AI governance, risk management, corporate AI strategy, and AI alignment will be compressed into a half-day session on the final day. This ensures that participants gain practical implementation skills while still understanding the governance and control principles required for responsible AI adoption.
