Overview
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is no longer just a technical tool for specialists — it is becoming part of everyday work for employees at all levels. This two-day program introduces participants to the essentials of AI in a clear and practical way.
Through interactive discussions, case studies, and hands-on labs, participants will explore what AI is (and isn’t), how it can be safely used in the workplace, and how to get the best results from AI tools. The training emphasizes responsible use, including privacy, security, and bias awareness, while also showing how AI can make everyday tasks like writing, summarizing, note-taking, and basic spreadsheet work easier and more efficient.
By the end of the course, participants will not only understand AI fundamentals but also leave with a personal AI adoption plan that helps them apply these tools responsibly and productively in their own roles.
