Overview
Agile HR course is designed for HR professionals who are interested in Lean | Agile. During the one-day course, attendees will gain a high-level understanding and first experience with Agile ways of working and its influence on Human Resources. Understand the Agility HR Maturity Model that fosters self-awareness of leadership growth and discovers more Agile HR thinking and behaviors. Explore Agile HR leadership mindset and behaviors of leaders at varying maturity levels to reflect on leadership traits in our own leadership and in others.
